Ramatu Abdul Hamid Alhassan, MPH, is a dedicated public health professional specializing in maternal and child health, with a focus on epidemiology, currently concentrating on neglected tropical diseases (NTDs).  She brings extensive experience in research, project management, and community engagement.


At ARNTD, Ramatu supports project management and leverages her expertise in evidence-based strategies to advance the organization’s mission of combating NTDs and improving health equity. She is primarily responsible for monitoring and evaluation.

ARNTD exists to support evidence-based control and elimination of NTDs from Africa by empowering current and future generations of African researchers.
